I attended the clinic at Hemsworth Cedars Family Hub regularly, initially unsure if I could quit, but after two weeks of reduction, I made the final step to being Smoke Free. 

I was supported by my advisor, who has allowed me to discuss any stresses during my appointments whilst also encouraging me to consider how to do things differently without returning to smoking.

When the workmen finish (one central heating system fitted incorrectly and had to be put right), I will have a smoke-free, healthy, happy home again. And I’ve saved some money by stopping.
