I have severe COPD so knew I had no choice but to quit if I wanted any quality of life. In the beginning it wasn't easy but with the patches and the quit mist I managed to hang on. At first, I counted hours since my last cigarette then days! 7 weeks in it's only an odd craving that creeps up!!

My breathing has improved beyond what I was expecting already and fingers crossed there is still room for improvement. I feel brighter have more energy and more money in my purse. It's definitely a win for me. My quality of life to do everyday normal activities has improved hugely. I'll never be "normal" I will always have COPD but by quitting I have given myself the best chance of a longer life to spend with my family.

Honestly, if I can do it. So can you. Give it a go and just keep trying. It's so worth it!!
